No constraints
- While we have the goals and the professional approach of a traditional private equity player, we do not have any of its contraints:
- We do not have a defined timeline to sell, in fact we may keep an investment as long as we are the best owners for it.
- We do not have complicated procedures in place that distance any of us from the businesses we buy: what you see is what you get.
- While we have a clear strategy in mind, we can also tailor-make our approach to the individual circumstances of a specific deal.
