Resolve Capital announces the appointment of Alex Hervé as Investment Manager, marking a continued step in the firm's development and the strengthening of its investment capabilities.

Alex Hervé brings over 5 years of experience across private equity and M&A advisory. Prior to joining Resolve Capital, he worked as an investment banker at DC Advisory, where he advised leading financial sponsors, including Capza, Eurazeo, and InfraRed, on complex transactions across consumer goods, infrastructure, and energy transition. He also gained early buy-side experience at Wendel, one of Europe's leading listed investment companies.

In his new role, Alex will be responsible for the full investment cycle, from deal sourcing and opportunity screening to transaction execution, with a focus on SMIDcap businesses navigating complex situations.

Alex holds a Master in Management from emlyon business school and studied at Bocconi University. He speaks fluent French, English, and Spanish.
